The protocol moves in tiers because the body does — a peptide prescribed without understanding your metabolic and inflammatory baseline is a shot in the dark. Build the Foundation

Everything starts with metabolic health.

Tier 01

Foundation

Insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular risk, metabolism, and the coaching fundamentals. Comprehensive metabolic panels, body composition by DEXA, and an integrated training + nutrition plan built from your own data.

Tier 02

Cancer Screening

Early detection, years before conventional screening would look — including advanced options like the Galleri multi-cancer blood test where clinically appropriate. The earlier you find it, the more treatable it is.

Tiers 3–5

Fortify the Structure

Go cellular, then protect what matters most.

Tier 03

Mitochondrial Optimization

Your cells' energy system. Physician-guided support for NAD+ pathways and mitochondrial function — because declining cellular energy is one of the recognized hallmarks of aging.

Tier 04

Peptide Therapeutics

Short amino-acid chains that signal specific biological processes — used for healing, recovery, and cognition (e.g., BPC-157). At Rebel, peptides are never prescribed in isolation; they're layered onto a solid metabolic and cellular base.

Biomechanical assessment, injury prevention, and joint care — including regenerative injections where clinically appropriate — in lockstep with the strength program that's been running since Tier 1.

Tier 08

Longevity Medications

Evidence-informed pharmacology such as mTOR inhibition (rapamycin) and senescent-cell clearance, introduced only after the foundation is solid — with physician safety protocols, not biohacking.
